Personal Data Breach notification

In the event of an actual or potential personal data breach the processor should, without undue delay and in any case within twenty four (24) hours upon becoming aware or should have become aware notify Argenta of such actual or potential personal data breach by and submitting the (web)form according to the instructions and procedures on this page. The processor shall assist Argenta with its notification, investigation, mitigation and remediation of a personal data breach (such as a data protection addendum pursuant article 28 GDPR and applicable data protection legislation).
